Every item in our store is printed and fulfilled on demand.
Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel and merchandise.

Shipping: Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location. Standard shipping generally takes:

Tracking Your Order

Customs & Import Taxes
Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are out of our control, are dictated by the local customs office, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all Come To Ghana shop items are made specifically for you when you order, we do not keep an inventory of products. As a result, our return policy is restricted to defective or damaged items.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We pride ourselves on product quality, but if you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

How to claim: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

What we need: Please email info@cometoghana.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first.
Wrong Size or Buyer's Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
